| Does anyone know if you do a ton of damage if you stayed on Phase 1 for 3 weeks and then indulged for just one day only and then hopped onto Phase II? I won't get on the scale because im sure I gained some water weight im just wondering if I have to go back to Phase 1 or if I can continue with Phase II. Thanks for any suggestions. | ||||||||||

| I suggest you go to Phase 2 and add back your new carbs slowly. Maybe one item, like oatmeal, once a day for the entire week (or a fruit instead). It's safest to have your new carb with a meal to decrease the glycemic shifts. It's also best not to have fruit early in the morning when you're starting P1. For me, after one day like that, my body recorrects itself quickly and I get back to normal. Also, any weight gained comes off quickly for me. | ||||||||||

| Thanks, Nancy. I do feel better all ready. I really think that once I have my TOM that my bodyweight is going to go back to normal 120. My mom said that the same thing happened to her where she didn't have a period for like 5months and she hung on to an extra 5lbs then when she finally had it she lost those 5lbs. I never thought I would be excited about getting my TOM, haha. | ||||||||||
