| :Sad2: I ate the tops of of two peices of pepperoni pizza last night. The cheese is bad, the sauce is bad... I am on Day 9, and this is the only time I've blown it. Do I have to start over? | ||||||||||

| I agree with Nancy! There's no blowing it by doing something like that. Believe me, I know all about blowing it. That's when you fall off the wagon for days in a food drunken haze! :hide: Just dust yourself off and keep looking forward. On some low carb diet plans (Atkins) you've got to practically stay in ketosis to make the plan work. If you mess up, you're most likely knocked out of ketosis, but SB isn't like that. Personally, I never liked ketosis anyway. Well, I liked the loss of appetite, but not the stinky breath. We don't have to bother with all that on SB. So, you most definately didn't mess it all up.
