| How much oil is allowed daily? How much mayo daily? Im confused with the allowance of mayo because I figure it has sugar. I copied the allowed foods sticky thread to go over for ideas. I have the cookbook but not the BOOK book. Yet the cookbook beginning lists how to unload your pantry and to shop plus general info on eating. | ||||||||||

| Here are the guidelines for mayo and salad dressings: Mayonnaise - Regular - 1 TBS Mayonnaise - Low Fat - 2 TBS (avoid varieties made with high fructose corn syrup) Salad Dressing - 2 TBS. Use those that contain 3 grams of sugar or less per 2 TBS. Best choices contain canola or olive oil. Low carb salad dressings may also be used if they meet these guidelines. And here is a thread with the guidelines for your daily allowances of fats. http://www.sbdbb.com/showthread.php?t=182 | |||||||||||
