Don't get on the scale then if you don't want to know. I wish I wouldn't have got on the scale yesterday to see that I was back up to 125 ugg. I am wondering if the reason I was at 123 last weekend is because Friday night we went to dinner and I had Black Grouper, well when we got home I ended up throwing up all my dinner, ugg so that could have made me weigh less, but then I weighed the next day after that and it was 123.5 so I thought I was good until I got on the scale yesterday and it said 125.5, I know it has to be water weight though from loading up on all that sugar Sat and Sun. O'well back on track tomorrow, hehe.

My sister bought my dog a life jacket so she can float around in my pool all the time when it's finished, how cool is that, haha. My sis took her to the lakehouse over the weekend and bought it for her so she could go in the lake with her. How awesome!! So personally I think the doggy stroller is awesome. I might have to get one for my dog, she is a mini yorkie and only weighs 4.9lbs so she gets tired after about 1-2 miles and I have to pick her up. What kind of dog do you have?

This is such an awesome thread!!1 I'm going to make it a sticky on this forum!! Excellent debate. And I'm with you Luv about breaking the cycle of continuously going back to Phase 1. That just promotes yo-yo dieting, don't you think?

And we both know a lot of people who continually stay on induction on Atkins and low and behold they have stalled for good. I was one of them!!!

The only thing I can say about back fat, French is thank God it's in a place I can't readily see it. But yes, I can feel it!! I have lost in that area on this diet too, though I still have a ways to go, but it does come off slowly.

I would love to see your pampered pooch in his buggy!!! He's gonna love it!!

You all are cracking me up. Dogs in strollers!! HA! Dogs in bicycle baskets, LOL But dogs floating around in the pool, Brandi that is a visual I just can't shake. LOL!!!!!! We were just saying the other day that we need to get our dog a life jacket to float around in the lake in.!! I can't believe they actually make them. But our dog is like 100 pounds, might be a little challenging! LOL!

And *ahem* the back fat thing, ya, a little embarrassing, wasn't expecting a full on conversation about that! Doesn't it suck, though? We hate back fat!! I have a friend who calls those buldges under the bra strap, back boobs! Since she said it, that's all I ever think when I look at myself from behind- Back boobs!! I hate those. Death to back boobs!!

okay dont dogs just swim on there own... arent they natural...lol...very cute though..my dog would have a fit.. i have a toy chihuahua...hates the water hates walking....she is about 4 lbs.... she was a 1.5 lbs when i got her 6 years ago.... she is every bit spoiled as a chichuahua should be...i call her the good daughter....lol.

Yes dogs do swim on there own, but they get tired ya know. Especially a little 4lber like my little Penne. It will be so fun once our pool is finished to see her floating around in her bright orange life jacket, haha.
