Default Comparing to Uncle Sam..

Well, comparing it to Uncle Sam (only cereal I've been using so far) it looks pretty good. Cost wise too! There's only 5 servings in a box of Uncle Sam, which I've been getting for $1.99 @ Trader Joe's, but I've seen it over $4.00 at the big chain supermarkets.

For a fair comparison, keep in mind the serving size difference between the 2. Nature's Path has fewer calories. The fiber and protein works out to be about the same. Uncle Sam has more carb's total, but less sugar. Most important though How's it taste?

Cold Cereal - 30 grams/1 ounce/3/4 cup.
Varieties with 3.0 - 4.9 grams are “good” sources of fiber. “High” fiber cereals have 5.0 grams of fiber or more per serving. Choose a cereal with enough fiber to be at least on the upper end of “good,” and make sure it has less than 8 grams of sugar per serving.
It fits within the guidelines for cold cereals, Deb.

I like the Uncle Sam's, but that does look good. I'm going to look for it ...... if I ever get to Whole Foods. I don't suppose it's at my local grocery store.

Oohh, good info! If it's OK, I think I'll try that. I think I have seen it in some grocery stores.
