Default Question about food in phase 2

Hey guys! I am kind of confused about phase 2. In the sticky, it was mentioned to add 1 starch and 1 fruit a week....but what about items such as sugar free preserves, sugar free pudding, dark chocolate, fruit yogurt? Should these items count as a carb to be added back in separate of the starch and fruit? For instance, I am starting with oatmeal this week so can I add fruit yogurt next week? Thanks in advance for your help and hope everyone is doing well!!!

Well, I'm not really an expert on those because to me they're either too risky or not worth it.

From what I know...

Sugar-free Preserves: =Sweet Treat, count in the 75-100 cals per day. (can use in Phase 1)
Chocolate: =Occasional Treat, Sparingly. (Probably allowed about once a week) I'd guess it counts toward Sweet Treats.
FF, SF Pudding: =Sweet Treat, 1 serving per day allowed
Fruit Yogurt: =Dairy, 4 ounces allowed per day

See detailed guidelines in Stickies (Foods to Reintroduce/Foods to Enjoy)

So you don't really need to count things as carbs. You can go by the food groups SBD uses. That's a good idea to have just oatmeal the first week. The second week you could add one type of fruit.
