I get that cran-walnut bread at Whole Foods. They probably sell it at other Natural Foods type stores. The kind that are full service stores and not just an expanded vitamin-health store!

Good luck.

French!!!! :Whip: :Whip:

Mindy gets the cranberry walnut sour dough bread at Whole Foods. Do you have one near you?

That Boboli pizza crust is great! It only comes in the large size, but I cut it in half once and froze the other half for later. You can make a really good pizza with SBD friendly foods on it.

My staples are:
reduced fat cheeses
deli meats
bagged salads
Fuji apples
frozen chicken breasts
canned beans
all kinds of fresh veggies
green peppers and onions
sf jello
Smart Balance light spread
natural peanut butter
lf cream cheese with onion and chives
old fashioned oatmeal
gotta have my coffee

And I'd like to include, fudgescicles, sf/ff pudding and nuts, too. But sometimes they get me in trouble. :hide:

Hmmm, would it be possible to buy fresh cranberries and dry them yourself? Either with or without a dehydrator? Like in the oven on very low or something?

Definately. . .I live in MA the cranberry capital. . .was thinking of calling a couple of health food stores or just looking next time I go there. Thinking about testing cranberries this week, lol i just found this recipe which sounds amazing. Needs a little southbeacherizing. . .

Tuna with Sun-Dried Cranberries and Lemon
1 can solid white albacore tuna
3 tablespoons canola mayonnaise (reduce amount)
½ fresh lemon
2 tablespoons finely chopped yellow onion (i like red)
1/8 teaspoon unrefined sugar (omit or splenda)
1 tablespoon coarsely chopped sun-dried cranberries
Pinch of sea salt

Directions: Squeeze the lemon and remove any seeds. Combine the lemon juice, sugar and salt with the onions, and set aside. Drain the tuna thoroughly. Mix together all the ingredients immediately before serving.
