I drive myself crazy with weigh in to often so I put the scale in the closet and only take it out once a week on Thursday mornings.

I had gotten down to 207 from 218 during my two weeks of phase 1. Today I am still at 207. I am being patient and persistant as I know for about 6 days during phase 1, I didn't loose anything and then the next day I was down 3.

During my first week of phase 1 I did determine that popcorn makes me hungry and while in the first few days I just started to resist it and just not eat, I've found that I would rather not feel hungry and eat something else instead of popcorn, and save it for a rare occasion. Blueberries were fine for me.

This week I am testing ww pasta, and have not decided on a fruit, still finishing up blueberries in my house. I made this greek egg/lemon soup with added chicken- I southbeacherized it. I so enjoyed the egg/lemon flavor that I found the pasta plain and boring! At the end of my bowl I had more pasta than chicken or broth- a first for me!

I got to get back to the gym :Whip:

bless your heart.....your story and my story sound the same!! I didn't have a weight change for two whole weeks......woke up this morning to 1lb gone.....but I'll take it!! Staying patient is not always the easiest thing to do.....but it will pay off......I just know it!!

its been a big problem for me, i've gotten down to 190 and remained around200 for a long time but could not get below 190! My nutritionist at the time had me do something similar to sb, but it was carb free for all. . .well the good ones- not testing of the effect each carb has on you. I got frustrated and saw no results and gave up and then gained about 30lbs :Boxing: Plus is also helps that i feel I can place some blame of the lack of change on popcorns effects on me :wink2:
