Default okay.....menu for 9/2

Breakfast.....HOMEMADE (aren't you proud Nancy? :lol) whole wheat waffles....made with ww flour that I ground myself....with peanut butter (adams) 1 piece of sausage (the only option....wasn't great I know, only one peice though) and 1 milk..oh yeah and one tomato

snack....tomatoe and lf cottage cheese
lunch.....homemade taco soup....beans a tad bit of corn and tomatoes with lf sour cream and lf cheese and an avocado
snack....plain yogurt and a peach
dinner...steak with 2 cups veggies....steamed carrots, broccoli and cauliflower, with olive oil drizzled over

I do have one question....I'm almost afraid to get to excited. Yesterday morning I stepped on the scale and 4 more pounds were gone. I do feel less bloated and feel like my body finally sucombed and let it go. But, I've also heard that sometimes the weight can flucuate big time with this wol. So anyway, I stepped on again this morning, just to see if it was a fluke and it still said 4lbs gone.....which including my pound from a couple days ago....that's five pounds....yikes!! I know it was just water retention, like I said, I feel so much better.....not bloated at all......so....what do you think? Has it happened to you?

That happened to me a few times, but by 2 or 3 pounds. Not by FOUR!!!

Way to go with those 4lbs!! Don't you hate how it will be no change, no change, no change. . .4 lbs. . .I'd much perfer a steady pace myself :Bang:

I would totally rather have it be steady....then I'm assured that I'm indeed doing this correctly.......BUT I will take a four pound loss anyday......:lol

And thanks Nancy.......:lol.....I knew you'd be proud......they were delicous by the way, they had some banana in them......delightful!!
