Default Yay

Well I'm happy to report that the scale moved another 1 1/2lbs. I finally feel like I know what to do to lose weight. I'm eating....better than ever before, I never feel deprived and I'm working out. I started walking an hour a day on Mon. Tues. and Thurs. those are the days that my son has his football practice, so I thought why not. On off days I do sit-ups push ups etc. along with my therapy for my knee.......anyway, I also found that a little change in menu can sometimes kick it up a notch. I bought some sourdough bread and have been having sandwich galore.......LOL......I also have been having the yogurt and fruit smoothies in the afternoon.......anyway.....it really seems to be coming along now........FINALLY.......YAY.....

Hmmmm...

I might sometime, as a special treat, (when I'm pretty sure I won't go crazy).

What kind do you use? Can we have any kind of sourdough bread? I guess one piece would be about an ounce...
