Today is the last day of phase 1....I had a couple of questions....I love coffee and during phase one used equal and lowfat or non fat soyilk, i wanted to know if there are any creamers that are ok to use....Silk brand soymilk know has a coffee creamer but not sure if its ok...also I have decided to stay on phase 1 for the most part but introduce wine back into my diet, and for grains and fruit, I'm planing on only eating oatmeal for breakfast and a fruit like strawberries in the the afternoon for a snack....I would like some opinions. Thanks!!!
P.S. its not hard for me to stay away from sweets, but I do like coffee and wine

I can say no to cheesecake but a glass of wine is my temptation
