Even the Healthy Choice bean soup has high fructose corn syrup in it. I found that out the hard way when I didn't read the label until after I ate it. I was fooled by the name "Healthy Choice"! :Sarcastic: Yeah ...... sure.

Chicken noodle soups will most likely be made with white flour noodles, so they're not a good choice. Hmm, I just don't know of any off hand.

How about making your own and taking some to work in a tupperware bowl? At least you'll know what's in it that way. Soups will freeze well, too.

If you do find any that are legal, please post them for us.

I know this is an old post, but figured I'd start somewhere. Maybe someone could benefit. I'm all for the advice someone else gave regarding soups. Most are high in something we shouldn't have, or shouldn't have a lot of. Make your own. I just made a chicken soup that is yummmmy. I bring my lunch to work EVERY day, and always try to plan ahead so I know what I'm going to fix. Making it the night before is REALLY nice! Some suggestions:
  • big salad with nice lettuce choices, lots of veggies & tuna (or grilled chicken strips, lean beef strips, shrimp, etc.) Now you have a healthy meal with lots of veggies and your protein.
  • turkey burger w/some rf cheese, on a sm. ww pita (if you're in P2), sm. salad, or just some sliced cucumbers or other veggies for a side
  • chili
  • soup
  • and so on.
I like to make meals when I can that I can have for dinner, and the next day for lunch. Chili is a GREAT dish for that. Have a salad with it for dinner, more salad or cucumbers slices, other veggies with it for lunch. Soup (with plenty of meat & veggies) is another one great for dinner, then to take for lunch. Sometimes I have a big salad with broiled chicken strips for dinner. I make enough chicken for a salad for lunch the next day. I make my lunch salad when I'm making my dinner.

Just some suggestions.

Now, will anyone be looking at this since I'm reply to such an old post?

Default virtually fat free broccolli soup-cambels

'I found a 97 or 98 percent(i can\'t remember which it is) fat free cream of broccoli soup, cambels. its really good. and its fine with me, no weight changes.\r\nI add milk and make a bit of my own broccolli and cut it up real small...and sometimes cut small pieces of carrots that i have cooked(if i feel adventurous. haha). and then i just add the cooked veggies in when the soup is done warming up. Its total comfort food. OH also I sometimes get a small butternut squash that I had baked previously, and cut of the end off with the whole in it and put my soup in there. So I eat the soup, and then finish with yummy butternut squash.'
