ok.. so goes my day:
- B- V-8, 1 scrambled egg, 1 thick slice turkey bacon, coffee
- S- Greek plain yogurt with fresh strawberries
- L- 2 sm. slices (2 grain servings) pizza - ww crust w/sauce, gr. turkey breast, onions & topped w. mozz. cheese and gr. peppers and baby carrots w/hummus
- D- Home made chicken soup w/gr. beans, celery, carrots, spinach and ww egg noodles (of which I'll have few)
I've been grumpy and tired all day today. It's my first day back to work after having the arthroscopic surgery on my knee, and I'm surprisingly tired. I have probably done a lot more walking than I should do, and a lot more standing, but I did what I had to do. I'm supposed to have concert chorus rehearsal tonight, but between having to kill 2 hours since I can't work out yet (rehearsal's near work, and I live 45 mins away), then with the walk from the parking lot to the rehearsal hall and the late night in general, plus the up and down at rehearsal, I haven't got the energy to handle it.
Today was the first time I tried Trader Joe's turkey bacon. VERY tasty! It doesn't seem like there's as much in the package, but the slices are thicker, so 1 slice is enough.
Now I'll shut the heck up.
