Make sure you read the nutrition facts and ingredients carefully. My experience with some of the actual South Beach products is that they aren't all that SB-friendly. It's the whole marketing thing... a way to make money. Also... don't forgot serving size. We should have 30 gm per serving of grains. So if the cereal says a serving is 1 cup, or 60 gm... you have 1/2 half cup. I think Kashi GoLean (not Go Lean Crunch) is wonderful. I put banana and/or strawberries in it, and sometimes chop up some almonds.
