Hey everyone! I am glad to have found this bulletin board again. I use to be on it when Iwas on the diet after I had my son. I lost over 50 lbs!! The pounds just melted off after a while!
Now, I am back trying to lose the stomach I gained back. I had a quick question. has anyone checked out the Kashi Mediteranean Pizza? I am wondering if this would be OK for Phase II. Of course, probably only a piece or two.
Sponach, fire-roasted red onions, and sweet red peppers. Four signature cheese including feta with roasted red papper sauce on a stone fired Kashi 7 whole grains & sesamem w/ flax seed crust.
I am sure the cheeses may be bad (the three that aren't feta) and there is of coruse a crust...but from what I am reading I see nothing about "white flour" in the crust ingredients. Looks like the cheeses are at least "part skim". and the crust is pretty thin. Serving size is 1/2 the pizza with 9 grams of fat (8 saturated, 0 trans, 1.5 polyunsaturated, 3 monounsaturated), 37 carbs (5g daily fiber, 3g sugar), and 15 g of protein (wow!).
At the bottom is says 1.5 carbs, 1 lean meat and 1/2 fat based on "Change list fo rmeal planning".

Just wondering of the fast frozen options...if this would be something OK on Phase 2...now and then.

That and I am starving and have nothing in the house but this and can't go to the store until tonight!
