| Hello. I have sitting in front of me three fiber breakfast choices. I have no idea to tell which one is BEST (and maybe all). I'd like to know which one i can eat the most of 1) KASHI Autumn Wheat. Ingredients: organic whole grain wheat, organic evaporated cane juice (the sweet part), natural flavor (if it's natural, why do they have to add/mention it??). In a 1 cup serving: 1g fat, 45 g carbs (6 fiber (1 soluble fiber, 5 insoluble fiber), 7g sugar), 5g protein. Is that too many carbs? 2) POST Grape Nuts. Ingredients: whole grain wheat flour, wheat flour, malter barley flour, salt, dried yeast. In a 1/2 cup serving: 1g fat, 47g carbs (6g dietary fiber, 5g sugar, 36g other carbs (other???)), 7g protein. 3) Quaker Oats oatmeal. Ingredients: 100% natural whole grain quaker quality rolled oates. In a 1/2 cup dry serving: 3g fat, 27g carbs (4g fiber, 1gsugar), 5g protein. So, what do we think? Thank you!! Samantha | ||||||||||

| Hello! Ok, I don't eat any of those, sorry! BUT, I do eat "Uncle Sam" cereal. It comes in a crazy red/white striped box, and it has a ton of flax seed in it, and it is especially good with blueberries and ff milk! Good luck! Christi | ||||||||||
