Default yogurt

Hi there - I am just starting phase 2, I have missed yogurt big time. Is there a particular kind I should buy? I notice most people are using plain yogurt, I don't enjoy the plain stuff very much. Look forward to your recommendations.
thanks
cdowney

Flavored is good, but watch your sugar & fat contents. Some "fat free" brands are really bad...they take out the fat & add tons of sugar to make up for the taste...keep an eye on that.

Fiber is GOOD to have if you can find it...I've been buying Activa light.
I used to buy light n fit, but the activa actually has added fiber & less sugar in it, so I've been going w/that.

Just be careful...and watch that sugar content!

Default yogurt

Hi Tiny - Thank you for your suggestion. I like Activia, will check it out. Also wondering if you have used Source at all? I know it has Splenda instead of sugar.

I've never heard it of...this is yogurt?...I'll see if I can find it.

I'm from a pretty small town...maybe that's "big city" stuff?...hehe

Default Source yogurt

Hi Tiny - Source is made by Yoplait. I can't remember if I have seen it in the US, must have though because I'm in Canada and your grocery stores are usually better stocked than ours. I think there are 35 cals in one of the little containers, it was the Splenda that caught my attention. I am probably too scared to move to phase 2 at the moment anyway. I'd be interested in your take on it if you happen to see it.
Thanks
cdowney

I'll see if I can find it...
I did find a new one last night at Kroger

Light n fit...sugar & carb control.
I don't have it w/me right now, but it was very good...like maybe only 3g. of sugar & 2 carbs? I'll check it out for sure when i get home and let ya know.

Default Best Yogurt???

Carb & sugar control light & fit from Danon...Vanilla & Cream flavor

60 cal.
2g fat (saturated, 0 trans)
3g carbs
2g sugar

(Strawberry flavor is the same but w/3g of sugar)

this is pretty good right?...I would love to discover the best one as far as nutrition...I love yogurt and sometimes wonder if I'm getting the right one.

Any info on other yogurts people have found that might be better than this???
