Default Ideas for a successful P2?

I am maintaining my 8 pounds off during P1 but no weight loss yet in 2 weeks of P2. Any suggestions?
During P2 I have added strawberries to my yogurt once/day or have added cereal (not very often though because I have found that cereal starts my cravings). I did have one day that I overate P2 foods but that was last week.

Just looking for tips from successful P2-ers. Thanks.

how much salad are you getting? I know we get tired of eating salad's all the time, but I have found the more lettuce, the quicker things get moving sometimes...lol.

The only other thing may be that your getting the right foods together at the same time. Are you getting 'good fats' when you eat your 'good carbs'...the fats slow down the carbs 'turning to sugar' process....this will help keep your cravings down a bit too...try that.

And...just checking...your getting a snack or food every 3 hours?

No, I'm not eating enought veggies. You are right on the money there, T. I've been eating a lot of yogurt and beans and eggs and cheese...one salad per day. My snacks have not been veggie oriented. This I will remedy this week and I shall make the scale move or my name isn't dls. haha

I'm going to weigh before my run this afternoon. I really ramped up the veggie intake over the weekend and I must admit I feel so much lighter. I'm just sure the scale will move. I tried on my size 12 minigoal pants today and they fit and I can even bend in them without ripping out the seam. Just a couple more pounds and I'll be sporting those goal pants.

I just read the plateau problem thread and she made a good point about adding variety to our meals. I have been eating the same 10 things for a mnth now! Have to get some more variety, I think.

AWESOME!!! I hope the veggie intake works wonders for you...I'd hate to look like I don't know what I'm talking about ....lol

Keep up all that hard work...you'll be buying new mini-goal pants before you know it! Have you checked out the new blog section? I tried adding you as a 'friend'...
