Default started phase 2 monday

I made it through the first phase and started phase 2 monday. I am still mostly doing phase 1 though because I am a little afraid of back tracking but still going strong and not failing.

Your doing it!! Phase 2 is a bit tricky...feel out what foods hinder your loss, and cut back on them..it may take a while to figure out what foods these are, but when you find them, those are the ones you have to watch....then you've got it made!

Unhappy A Little Disappointed

So last week was my first week starting sb ph 2 and I barely added anything back cause I didnt want to ruin what I had already started but I did not lose a pound at all! And this week I havent lost anything either. My typical meal is:
sb quche
1 c v8 juice
tea/diet soda
5 strawberrys

south beach bar for snack

any kind of salad with meat- taco, chef, chicken (with ranch)
tea
diet soda

celery w laughing cow cheese
(sometimes my 15 almonds also)

chicken
salad
ranch

suger free fugde pop


any suggestions? I am kind of down on all this cause sunday will be four weeks and I feel I might start to get weak and give up if I havent lost anything.

Well, your menu looks good....I don't get it either...there has to be something...Do you find yourself eating the same things all the time? Sometimes it helps to mix it up with different foods a bit to keep your body from stalling out...

How about your protions?...are they a reasonable size?
You eating any veggies with your salads, or just lettuce?

Do you eat a SBD snack bar every day? I used to eat these too, then discovered they killed my loss, so I cut them out all toghether...and we're on a roll again...but I also added exercise...are you getting any?
