I'd love to talk you out of it, but once in awhile, IMO, we need that special teat when we've been so good. So...I checked out graham crackers...they only offer a type of 'low fat', which is the same as the regular with only 2 grams of fat instead of about 3.5...might as well eat the regular...but here's the key, there's only 1 g of fiber & about 8 g. of sugar...your marshmellows are pretty much sugar...
Try this...buy yourself a 'dark chocolate' candy bar. Just one for you...use your dark chocolate and your getting less sugar than a reg. one...it will still be wonderful, trust me..you've not had sugar in so long, the marshmellow should about choke you from the sweetness itself...lol
And my other suggestion would be to also eat some type of fiber (peanuts, amonds, anything) along with all that sugar either right before, or (my suggestion) after you eat your smores to help keep your blood sugar level...if you eat it after, you also get the added benefit of the nuts being the last taste in your mouth, thus keeping you from craving another smores.
Well, that's about all the advise I have on the 'cheating' subject...you gotta do what you gotta do once in awhile, just...CHEAT SMART!....eat the right combinations to keep your blood sugar level....GOOD LUCK MY FRIEND!
