Concentrate on 1 pound at a time! That's my best advise...no matter how much you have to lose, it still takes 1 pound at a time...and they all add up to big results!...you'll be there before you know it....Weigh yourself only once a week...make sure your eating every 3 hours...(meals + snacks)...and take the time to plan out and prepare your daily menu...it helps make sure your getting the proper combinations of foods together every time you eat...that will speed your loss.
Just curious...you've read the book?...you understand how your supposed to combine good fats, proteins & fiber?
If you've been reading my posts for 2 years, you pretty much have this thing figured out then right?...lol...let me know if you have any questions about the diet...I'm always around, as I'm sure you know, and ready to help out! This board has been a huge motivation for me...just writing down how my daily 'battle of the bulge' notes, is accountability enough to keep me on track, and if it helps others too...well then, that's just ROCKS!
