I was just looking through my SBD book at some menus for Phase 2. I noticed that they have 3 fruits and one or two grains/starches per day. One of the fruits is at breakfast, even though in the book it says not to have fruit at breakfast

. Also, many times on the board I have read that you should add fruit and grains slowly. So, what is right? Beginning Phase 2, no fruit at breakfast? Can I have it later and if so, how much later? One grain or starch per day (?) for a week then more per day when?
I'm soooo confused! Currently I have not had any fruit and only one starch (sweet potato) this week, day 17. And what is the best fruits and starches to add back?
