| I was just looking through my SBD book at some menus for Phase 2. I noticed that they have 3 fruits and one or two grains/starches per day. One of the fruits is at breakfast, even though in the book it says not to have fruit at breakfast I'm soooo confused! Currently I have not had any fruit and only one starch (sweet potato) this week, day 17. And what is the best fruits and starches to add back? Thanks for your help! | ||||||||||

| yeah, the menus in the book for P2 are really for a full P2 after you have transitioned. The transition process should go more slowly. The meal model sticky thread is also a good one to review! | |||||||||||
