feelin great after stepping on the scale 189.3! I feel like I have accomplished a lot so far. I know this is the beginning but so glad I am making such positive lifestyle changes![]()
so are we!you may not see much additional weight loss for the first few weeks of P2, but that doesn't mean it isn't "working". hold onto those feelings of accomplishment and positive lifestyle changes and know the rest will come with time and consistency as you continue to develop your new lifestyle! just. keep. going!!

Right now I think a lot of the reason I've been so up and down on the scale is the humidity. But like you I am an indoor exercise person due to the need to be close to a bathroom ( I suffer from IBS). I tend to be a tad more physical in the summer due to the amount of time spent in the pool and mowing the lawn
