I realize there isn't a lot of changes from phase 2 to 3...but once I reach phase 3, I have several new recipes (from phases 2 & 3) I've been wanting to try, but told myself I was going to wait till phase 3 started...simply because it would be sort of another 'reward' for myself...a 'brown rice' recipe with some spicy turkey sausage I've wanted to try, there's some whole grain 'muffin' recipes I can't wait to have...a lot of whole grain pasta recipes I'd love to make...buckwheat pancakes....I guess I'm just passing time with the same old stuff here that I've been eating for awhile...telling myself I know what foods work to lose with...so I don't wanna add anything that will 'maintain' myself....lol...gotta keep losing for now...
Other than that....your right...my menu won't change much, but I can't wait to try these new recipes I've been collecting!
