How is everyone doing? it has been almost a month and I feel fantastic! I can't understand how I ever let myself get derailed. The journaling really has helped. It gives me a visual on food, water, and the exercise I've done. It lets me know if I have been slacking.

I hope everyone is feeling as great as I have been

Your doing great my friend...glad to hear your feeling fatastic!....that's a major accomplishment in itself for some people...keep up the hard work!...we'll get there! I'm having slight 'issues' with my last 12 pounds here, but I weigh in tonight, so maybe that will bring some results...I did go on vacation last week, so....it's my fault anyhow...I just thought I'd be 'there' by now...lol...

I can't wait to start phase 3!!! I've never eaten the phase 3 menu before...got to my goal weight last time & reverted to my old eating habits...dumb a$$!....so come on 150....mamma needs a new pair of jeans!....lol

just curious, but what do you think a P3 menu looks like? How do you envision it being different than P2? And wishing you both all the best in your journey. Those last few do seem to take for-freaking-evuh!! Hang in there!

I realize there isn't a lot of changes from phase 2 to 3...but once I reach phase 3, I have several new recipes (from phases 2 & 3) I've been wanting to try, but told myself I was going to wait till phase 3 started...simply because it would be sort of another 'reward' for myself...a 'brown rice' recipe with some spicy turkey sausage I've wanted to try, there's some whole grain 'muffin' recipes I can't wait to have...a lot of whole grain pasta recipes I'd love to make...buckwheat pancakes....I guess I'm just passing time with the same old stuff here that I've been eating for awhile...telling myself I know what foods work to lose with...so I don't wanna add anything that will 'maintain' myself....lol...gotta keep losing for now...

Other than that....your right...my menu won't change much, but I can't wait to try these new recipes I've been collecting!
