don't think I have any fresh ideas, as mine are pretty standard...

apple with natural PB
string cheese
almonds
dried apricots (I like the brown, organic turkish kind)
fruit in general
leftovers (usually veggies)
mini carrots and snap peas

almost forgot about my favorite late afternoon snack that really got me through most of P2 and that late afternoon "Hunger Zone".

I take about 1/3 - 1/2 cup of black beans (I use canned no added salt black beans and rinse them well and dry them on a paper towel and save in a plastic container in the fridge.) and then add chopped green pepper, chopped tomato, a good no sugar added salsa (I like Green Mountain Gringo) and then heat in the micro for about 90 seconds. If you want a more substantial snack, add some chopped chicken strips. If you like, you can add some shredded LF mexi-cheese and melt that in at the end as well.

Red face My favorite snack

I like the apple & peanut butter snack...one day I was going to fix some of it and I noticed that the all natural peanut butter tends to get kinda dry when you get close to the bottom of the jar. so I put a glob of it in a bowl and stirred some sf maple flavored syrup it it until it was smooth and creamy...then I chopped the apple in small chunks and just stirred it all together, yummy :Love3: that is now my favorite snack. I have it almost everyday.

I use it with slightly larger quantities with the chicken strips (those foster farms thingies from costco) for a dinner on the night I clean the yoga studio and don't really have time for a meal. It's portable, filling and nutritious! Basically it's a burrito bowl without the rice and with better ingredients!
