| I received this email a few days ago from Starbucks, looks like they have new breakfast items. Sounds like they might be SBD friendly, any thoughts ????: South Beach Diet Forums http://www.southbeachdietbulletinboard.com/south-beach-diet-forums-phase-2/2130-how-does-sound.html "Rewards Members, Last week Starbucks introduced five new menu items that deserve some extra attention. In my years with Starbucks, I can't remember a product introduction that felt more relevant to what customers tell us they want and need from our food menu. Many of you must have had parents like mine who dispensed the conventional wisdom that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Starbucks customers consistently request more delicious and nutritious options for breakfast. I'm really proud of how we've responded. Check out Starbucks Perfect Oatmeal, Chewy Fruit & Nut Bar, Apple Bran Muffin, Berry Stella and Power Protein Plate at Starbucks.com. Together they are made from a range of great ingredients, including whole grains, fruit, nuts and seeds. None contain artificial sweeteners or high fructose corn syrup. The new Starbucks Perfect Oatmeal is indicative of the care and focus our food team has put into these products. It's served piping hot and ready to transport in a great new container. You can customize it with a portioned 50-calorie pack of brown sugar, 100-calorie pack of dried fruit and 100-calorie pack of a nut medley. Our oatmeal contains 140 to 390 calories depending on the topping you choose, up to 7 grams of fiber and 1.5 servings of whole grains - half of your daily needs. People are already starting to crave it. We think it's all about offering you smart choices. And we're going to do more. We'll want to give Rewards members a chance to try some of these products on us in the future. When you have a moment, please review your Rewards account profile to make sure that we have a current and accurate address for you, so that we can send these special offers from time to time. We want you to enjoy one of the great benefits of being a Rewards member. " The link to the food is as follows starbucks® food | |||||||||||
