It's a very unscientific statement, but sometimes I think our bodies just take a break after an extended period of active weight loss and wait to see whether we're really serious about making this a lifestyle program or not.

Try shaking things up. If you typically eat cereal or oatmeal for breakfast, go back to a P1 breakfast for a week or so and then go back to your normal P2 breakfast. Increase the frequency, duration and/or intensity of your exercise program. If you aren't exercising much at all, now is probably a good time to start!

Try some new foods, some new recipes, shake up your meal plans, move your macronutrient (fats, carbs and proteins) ratios around a bit if you are eating a lot of the same foods.
Also remember the smaller we get, the fewer calories we need to sustain our body size and to maintain an appropriate negative caloric differential between intake and expenditure, we may need to start scaling back a bit and looking for places where "portion creep" might have crept in.
Don't give up! Don't get discouraged! It may take time, but sooner or later your body will realize you are in fact serious and continue onwards. :Biker:
