holy heck
you have lost nearly 50 lbs!! you probably know much more than me what you "can" eat and still lose!
i think Chinese is particularly difficult cuisine on South Beach. Lots of rice and noodles. But in a post I read on this board from RedRox (i think) he says "focus on what you can have, if you focus on what you cannot have it will eat you up mentally and emotionally and you will be tempted to give up." that said: There are stir fry veggies! and Mandarin has a few salads as well. I see that they have shrimp too. Just stay away from the items called "crispy!" and the white rice.
I also like the idea of having a omelette and rye krisp or something before you leave the house so you don't show up to the party already starving.
good luck

thanks for writing back!
haha well during this whole diet i havent gone out to eat and if i have, its steak or chicken all the way
the problem i think with the stirfry and veggies and such is the sauce they put in
they use starch to thicken the sauce
so im not sure what to eat!

you can probably order any dish steamed and either no sauce or sauce on the side. also many chinese places now offer brown rice as an option to white rice, so you can ask for that and see if they have it as an option. Ask for no msg as well if you can! If they don't or won't do anything steamed, see if you can get the sauce on the side perhaps and just use a minimal amount?

Really the program is pretty flexible. What you might experience is some increased hunger pangs than what you normally would during the evening and some temporary weight gain from the added amounts of sodium. Have a beachy snack later before bed time and drink plenty of water tonight and tomorrow and enjoy the celebration!! Remember this isn't a perfection based program. Longevity and consistency work just fine really. If you treat it as just a blip and speedbump and continue the forward direction, you'll be fine!
