| The only issue with phase 2 is I don't know how I'm going to fit in all this food when I eventually phase everything back in....although in my past I have eaten relatively good food, I think I never ate enough! the hardest thing for me to do will be to eat more! | ||||||||||

| Maybe it would help if you started with 1/2 portions of the foods you are adding back in. Like 1/2 a carb and 1/2 a fruit and see how it goes. Or maybe you could scale back the portions of some of the other things--cheese, nuts, meats--and make sure you are eating the recommended amounts of these things. I was a little flustered with this until I figured out how I was going to do it. I found later in the day is better for me to add these things; earlier may be better for you. Play with it and see what works. | ||||||||||
