Default Cured Goat Cheese

Is that allowed to eat? It doesn't say anything on the package about kcal, fats, carbs and all the other things..!

You can only tell if you know the fat content. it should be 6 gm of total fat per 28 gm. serving size or roughly 21% fat or less. I think goat cheese is usually close to that but would have no idea if it isn't labeled.

typically soft and semi soft cheeses are lower in calories. But, sometimes a hard cheese (like parmesean) is the key to a cheese craving because of the intense flavor you use less.

happy cheese - ing!

i introduced my kids to gruyere last night!
