| Ya this is going to sound silly (and funny)... I've never been a BIG milk drinker - but now my Drs are pounding down my door to try and get me to drink the stuff due to very low bone density at a young age. Previously it needed a TON of hershey syrup to make it palatable but that is no longer a choice.. So I need some help - how can I down my recommended servings of milk a day? | |||||||||||

| One of the South Beach Diet books had the chai recipe as a snack--heat a cup of milk and then steep the chai tea bag in it for 5 min or so and sweeten with an artificial sweetner...It is delicious! Makes me feel like I am cheating! | ||||||||||

| FWIW, plain fat free or plain low fat or plain greek yogurts are the only kind you can sub in on a 1-to-1 basis. The flavored types allowed in P2 should be limited to 6 oz portions. | |||||||||||
