| I started using the 10 minute trainer put out by Tony Horton(he also does P90X) this week. I am following their suggested schedule--stacking 3 of the 10 minute sessions 6 days per week, so really with warm up and cool down it is more like 35min. It combines cardio and resistance band workouts and it is pretty intense. I am hoping for good results, but just wondered if anyone else has tried it and what their results were? I have been at a plateau for a long time now and decided to start this to shake up my routine. I will post an update when I have done it long enough to see any results! | ||||||||||

| Tony Horton's programs are wonderful and you will definitely get results if you do them well. My husband and I lost a lot of weight using Chalene Johnson's ChaLean Extreme program (by Beachbody also). You can see my story at: Team Beachbody | ||||||||||
