Hi
Im just starting phase 2. I lost 11pounds on phase one. Im very happy about that. I know i will lose slower on this phase. Could someone give me some examples on what you guys eat maybe a menu or two.

i am sliding into second myself a little while back, I am eating more baked fish, baked chicken and tuna for meats, added some fruit back in and some beans and what have you.

for quick meals, i take some shredded chicken, cheese , peppers and add them to a steamed whole grain tortilla.

if you have more time, nothing like slow pressure cooked meals with lots of veggies.

I am going to be doing more stir fried meals, touch of olive oil and lots if veggies with a lean meat...i got a wok..im pretty fired up..

just eat healthy...they make whole grain everything it seems now, i just saw a box of whole grain macaroni and cheese...can you imagine?

and ive been known in the past to make whole grain spagetti with low sugar or home made sauce..cant beat it...

Hi
Thankyou for the ideas. Im going to be making my own ww torillas. I like to cook and im going to be making lots of my own breads. I have added 9 grain bread back into my diet. I will be weighing on mondays so i will see if im still losing or gaining. Wish me luck

I eat lots of steamed vegetables - cauliflower, broccoli, whole grean beans, etc. I also like a variety of meats. I eat an apple almost daily, usually with natural peanut butter. I also like ff, plain yogurt mixed with lemon Jello powder. For breakfast, I enjoy Uncle Sam Cereal with lf milk, or eggs and lf, turkey sausage. You can see most of my daily menus on my blog, logmyloss.com. Just keep in mind that I don't always eat like I am supposed to, so don't take my daily eats as a stellar example.

congratulations on the 11lbs. I go into phase II on saturday and thats my day to weigh as well. Wish me luck.
