Default Finally on Phase 2
I began Phase 1 about 3 times in the month of April and two weeks ago (May 4) I decided that enoug was enough! I weighed in at 190 lbs!!! I was so disappointed in myself and I knew that I needed to stop my nasty habits! So...I began Phase 1 and this morning I weighed myself and I am down to 179!! I lost a total of 11 lbs on Phase 1!

Tomorrow I will be starting Phase 2 and I am motivated and excited to keep on losing the weight! My goal is to get down to 145. Alright Phase 2...here I come!!
