Default Doing great so far

I realize where I went wrong when i tried SBD the first time. I am 1 and a half weeks into phase two. I have added in Oatmeal for breakfast and an half apple with natural peanut butter for a snack. I've lost about 3lbs during the first week, even with a little too much wine over the weekend . Even with adding the carbs in I am NOT experiencing "cravings." My MIND tells me I want french fries, but then my body is not wanting them and needing them like it did. I love this, I eat a lot and I am losing weight, I am never hungry, my skin looks better, oh and my jeans fit a lot better than they did last week . Anyone discouraged should know, just keep on keepin on. The hard days are hard, but you can get through them *this goes to me too*

Thanks!!! I have a question... Yoplait lite yogurts *the flavored ones* are those okay?? I know they have sweetener in them, but also I noticed after i ate one that they have HFCS. Also if they are okay do they count as a dairy or a sweet treat?!?! Same question with sugar free pudding...

I'm not as anti HFCS as some, so I think they are probably OK. If the HFCS concerns you switch to a product that doesn't use it like Dannon Light & Fit. It counts towards your dairy, but you should only have 4-6 oz of the flavored kinds per day as part of your total dairy intake.

Only the calories from the SF pudding powder counts towards your sweet treat limit. The milk would go against your dairy allowance.

Both are fine in P2!
