    Question looks like i'm stuck...ideas ?

    Hi all,
I've been thrilled with the results i have gotten in the last 6 months on sbd.

started at 258 and currently 209...i oscilate up and down between 206 and 209 over a few days one way or the other.
If i never loose another pound i'd be happy, but i'm curious to know if this is normal ?...am i at my correct weight ?
I have hit so many targets i don't really know what my latest target should be.

My BMI is 26...i eat 6-8 small meals or large snacks a day. I eat when i just begin to feel a "nudge" of hunger.

I exercise/walk about as much as my lifestyle is gonna let me.

    I appreciate any imput.

    Joe,
Keep up the good work. Those plateaus are frustrating, I know, but eventually they budge.
Sometimes it helps to change up the foods you're eating daily or to change up how you're exercising.
Our bodies tend to get used to habits and stop losing.
