Yummo!!! Just tried the meatloaf recipe out of the book for phase 2 and it was really good-I topped it with a little grated parmasean cheese which, I think made it even better. My husband seemed to like it and my kids hardly eat anything and really didn't even touch it. It will make great leftovers too for lunch!!
Also, Somehing else totally yummy that I am sure some of you have tried is I made a double batch of the fruit smoothie from phase 2, added a little bit of skim milk and a little bit of artificial sweetner, and then froze it. It is so good!! I guess it is like a sorbet. It makes a great summer dessert and my husband loved it. Plus, it is healthy. It is a must try.
I just love eating yummy food and know it is good for me and not pack on the extra pounds. My husband said to me the other day, if you are on a diet then why are you always eating? It's great not eating rabbit food. I haven't lost a whole bunch of weight but pants are fitting better.
