Default okay so this weekend was a complete wash
oh lord i did so bAD....JUST GONNA BRUSH IT OFF AND MOVE ON...AND TRY TO STAY CLEAN FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE..OR ALEAST TILL JULY...LOL....I DIDNT DO TO BAD FOOD WISE...BUT I DRANK...BEER OF ALL THINGS.....NO REGRETS....I NEED A GOOD BUZZ...AND FOR SURE I GOT IT....HAD SO MANY THINGS TO DO THIS WEEKEND AND IT WAS WET...ITS BEEN RAINING HERE SINCE LAST TUESDAY NON STOP.......CRAZY DRIVING TO WORK TODAY...SHOULD OF TAKEN THE ROW BOAT....!!!! WELL ANYWAY JUST WANTED TO CONFESS TO MY FELLOW SB'ERS...I BLEW IT.....BOUNCING BACK LIKE A RUBBER BALL THOUGH.....FRENCH

Try some red wine next time French. A little goes a long way and it's SB legal! (providing you stick to 1-2 glasses!!!). When I drink wine, I make allowances for it by cutting out my dessert or an afternoon snack. Don't want all those calories to add up.

Hehe...How bout staying clean just for today?

I know for me, as I felt better & better physically from exercising regularly, I stopped wanting an alcohol buzz very much.

Way to go, keeping on brushing yourself off & bouncing on back!!

Im cant relate to the alchohol im afraid ,but if it had been chocolate i sure could LOL. Man do i love chocolate!

How goes it today French? Are you managing to keep your head above water (literally - since it's flooding so much in your neck of the woods)?

It reminded me of Hurricane Katrina with all those streets underwater and people having to be rescued. How far a way from all of this mess do you live?
The newspaper said one more day of torrential rains and then drier weather should be moving in. Stay safe and dry woman!!!

WELL NOT DRY BUT BUT NOT UNDER EITHER...THANKS FOR ASKING.....TWO TOWNS OVER FROM WHERE IAM IS FIVE FEET UNDER...SO SAD.......HOW THE HELL DO YOU RECOVER FROM ALL THAT....ITS GONNA BE A LONG TIME COMING FOR THESE FOLKS TO PUT THERE LIVES BACK IN ORDER.....MY BASEMENT GOT WET....NOT FLOODED SO I HAVE REALLY THANK MY LUCKY STARS HERE.....:wave: VERY CLOSE TO HOME .,....ITS FUNNY CAUSE THIS IS STUFF THAT HAPPENS ON T.V.
