| Hey ladies, does this look like a good day 1 for Phase II? I plan to start Phase II on Monday, June 26th. Brkfst: 2 eggs,1/2 tsp olive oil,oatmeal,1/2 c milk Snack: 15 cashews Lunch: 1/2 black beans,cheese,1/3 c salsa,1 cup broccoli Snack: yogurt, apple Dinner: chicken,1/4 c cheese,broccoli,1/3 c salsa,1/2 tsp olive oil dessert: 1/2 cup ricotta cheese,1 T cocoa Thanks!! | ||||||||||

| Yes I do beleive you were on vacation when I joined. I actually joined back in April, but then decided to just stick to my normal way of eating. Well then I gained some pounds and didn't like what the scale was telling me so I was like I gotta do something. I joined SB so that I could kill the sugar monster and it worked!! It's good to get to know you as well. Glad you had a super vacation. | ||||||||||
