| Hi all,:wave: I'm on Phase 2 and found these soy crisps (Chesapeake Fields) - 140 cals 2 g fat, 0 sat fat, 0 trans fat, 0 cholesterol, 200mg sodium, 16g carbs, fiber 3 grams, sugar 3 grams protein 11 grams - 1.25 oz = 1 serving.
