| Hi All, Just got into some snazzy red pants that I haven't been able to get on. I had tried them on around April and forget it - couldn't even zip them. Again, the scale is not the indicator of losing here - it is the way the cloths fit. Amazing. I even feel slimmer. I definitely see a difference in that old paunch belly of mine - like Dr. A. says in his book you will see belly fat go first. I'm all for that believe me. :Clap: Thanks all for being here - I find that reading the posts help keep me on track daily. Andi | ||||||||||

| This is my fourth week - now in my second week of Phase 2. I am slowly adding in the carbs - one starch only per day - and that being 1 slice whole wheat bread, or 1/2 c to 1 c pasta, or brown rice. Also, have added berries sometimes once per day. I plan to do this for another two weeks because the actual weight loss has been slow. I need to step up excercise too - I think this would help dramatically. Thanks for asking. Andi | ||||||||||

| 3 lbs. - but that goes up and down - that's why lately i haven't been using the scale to determine my success. Only how I feel, and how the cloths fit. I really do not understand why I'm not dropping the weight, but from what i read here - I need to be patient with that. Andi | ||||||||||

| Ya that's right be patient with the nuber on the scale. I'm in the same boat I have only lost 3lbs too, but I do feel my clothes fitting better. I'm in my 4th week as well. Although I did have a slip up on Fathers Day and ate a bunch of dessert, but now im back on track, I didnt' weigh myself as im sure it woul dhave caused the scale to go up a bit from adding in all those carbs but im sure with my workout and eating good this week it's back off already. I am going to weigh myself in 2 weeks from now and see how I am progressing. | ||||||||||
