Default Suggestions for eating while traveling

Does anyone have any ideas what I should take with me while im traveling it is only going to be one day, but im not sure what I can bring with me in the hotel room for breakfast the next day. They say not to eat fruit first thing and that's the only portable food I can think of to bring.

Hard boiled egg? Mozarella stick? Nuts? Canned v-8 juice?
Those are the things that popped into my head. Good luck!!

The only thing with that stuff is I have a 4-5hour drive so I doubt they will stay cold for that long and my friends will think im nuts if I bring a cooler packed full of Brandi friendly diet food, haha. So anyway, I decided I would just bring 2 slices of cinnamon rasin Ezickeil bread and some cashews and have that for my breakfast and I always eat a salad when we go out to eat so i'll be safe the rest of the day.

Brownie, that's what I did when I was recently on vacation. Works just fine and you don't have to worry about refrigeration.

I was away for two weeks, traveling to several different places. The day I would get into town, I would go to a grocery store and buy the bread I wanted and some low-fat plain yogurt, and Silk Soy Creamer for my decaf. Brought my own Splenda and nuts along. All the hotels I stayed in had mini refrigerators in the room so that was handy.

In your case you can just bring the bread and nuts, no worries!

Hey Mindy, it did work great for me too. I did great all day and then we didn't eat dinner until super late at night and i was starving and I was just like im gonna eat tonight, I still wasn't to bad i had 1 1/2 dinner roll, shrimp and a few bits of a sweet potato but then I ordered dessert for myself I got a brownie w/icecream and it wasn't even that good, uggggggg why did i eat the dumb thing and it didn't even taste good, that's so dumb, anyway back on track today i have to weigh in on Saturday hopefully that didn't hurt me last night, I am feeling a bit bloated today though and yesterday morning my abs were totally ripped you could see lines and everything and they looked hard as a rock and today they look soft, i know it's just water retention though I just have to eat really well and it should come right off in a day or so.
