| I first came here around March 2006, I think. I haven't been here much. At the time I started the SSD I weighed 235 pounds. Gosh, I didn't realize that until I looked at my folder. I weigh about 160 now. That's about 75 pounds. I never found the diet difficult; just very different. Phase I got rid of my cravings which was the main problem for me. I am not a big eater but I used to gorge myself on sweets, especially chocolate. I don't do that anymore. I try to remember the essentials and stay on track. Even if I get off track I have found that I can say, 'That's ok.' I have never been able to do that on any other 'diet.' ????: South Beach Diet Forums http://www.southbeachdietbulletinboard.com/south-beach-diet-forums-phase-3/1337-sb-still-working-me.html Oh, I am about 5'6"; I was taller but I shrunk. Now, I have a question for all of you: I did not exercise. I am lazy. I, beginning that time in life when old age and disease sets in have had a sickly year. Oh, the question, yes...I have flab which looks horrible. You know just hanging around from the weight lost. Is there anyway to get rid of that short of liposuction because I cannot afford that? Right now I think I have the flu so I probably won't be back for a while. Peace and blessings... Is there a spell checker here because I can't spell. | ||||||||||
