Well, I'm officially joining up to the "phase 3" club now. Not much will change in my opinion, but I am just happy to be able to say I have finally accomplished my goal.

In a nutshell, I lost 100 pounds a couple years ago, re-gained about 60 and then re-started SBD back about a year ago, Nov. 19th 2007 to be exact....I have lost 82 pounds since then, bringing my total back up to a whopping 132 pounds. SWEET! Nice slow steady loss...I'm happy to be where I am, my doctor is very impressed and I'm totally satisfied with how I've done...looking forward to continuing...it works, keeps me healthy, I believe in it...I recommend it...what a great way of life!...FOR SURE!

Noticed your new signature in a couple other places and was looking for the appropriate thread to say CONGRATULATIONS in!! So I think this is probably the best place to add that in!!

Yeah nothing changes too much at first especially. Let's just try and avoid that "re-gain" phase this time around so you don't have to go through the weight loss phase a third time OK??

Maybe it was the positive outlook I had even back when I joined the board...I created a positive user ID even when I weighed 282...(Tiny was something I wanted to be) But heck, skinny works too! :Hug2:
