It's different than this board. It takes practically forever to get a question answered by the nutritionists. But they do have an extensive archives section where you could find an answer to almost anything,
if you have the time and patience to look at a ton of stuff. I never did get a beach buddy and couldn't figure out how the whole thing worked, so I just let it go.
They have a weekly weigh in, but then you just get a general response on whether you're doing well or not. It's the same response to everyone. They will plan a menu for you and make up a shopping list. But almost everyone can do that and some of their recipes are hard and it's expensive to buy everything on the shopping list.
They have a place for a journal, which I don't use because the one here is much better, imo. There's message boards which I find a little hard to navigate through. I guess I could get use to it if i tried, but I like it here and it's free!
I just joined there because I'm a mod here and I figured it could help me to help others. It's $5 a week and there's like a 4 week minimum and they charge your credit card for 6 weeks. You have to request a refund for the other 2 weeks if you want to quit after the first 4 weeks are over. :Sarcastic:
