| i have been doing the sb since january, as of late i have lost just about 61 pounds and about 10 inches around my waist. http://www.sbdbb.com//images/smilies/confused.gif but it seems as though i have stopped . . . stopped loosing and stopped gaining . . . . i need help! http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v4...smiley-061.gif how do i restart the loosing????? any suggestions would be helpful! thanks! monica | ||||||||||

If you haven't lost any pounds or inches in 5-6 weeks, you've hit a plateau. Your body is taking a break. You could wait it out or you could do either of two things ....... exercise more or eat less. I'd rather switch up my exercise, either increase the length of time or up the intensity. That would be my personal suggestion. Using weights is also good as it builds muscle and muscle burns more calories. Here's a thread on the subject of weight loss stalls.
