Ok first you need to have in your fridge food half way done, like celery cut and clean, lettuce in bags clean, Chicken cooked and cut, and your favorite dressing always on hand. There are some frozen microwave vegetables, in the freezer section at the market. Have several ones on hand, check that they have no carrots, and some of them come seasoned, check for sugar ok...

Ok I think you need to have your omelet before you go to work, from 12:30 - 2:30 and when you are able to eat your main meal, have your salad with your chicken, and your steam vegetables. Snack celery and cheese, like two hours after that, and when you get home eat something light like tuna with lettuce, mayonnaise, tomato, and celery.
Remember atking is different that SBdiet, and here you need to eat vegetables, and lean meats no fatty things, ok and low fat cheese. And cut your diets sodas to minimum two a day, and drink water in stead or Lipton green tea, the diet one. Drink your fiber before a meal.
