Default non Alcoholic Beer?
My husband and I are in phase 1 and both dying for a beer. Is a non-alcoholic beer acceptable? I did look on the label and it had no sugars and 65 calories (can't remember carbs).

Problably no, since it's made from grains and NO grains are OK in P1.
