Default help me out pls

ok so here's my story.
(I hope someone could help me out with support, advice etc..)

I started south beach in the beg of february and after one week i lost 6 lbs. Then i started eating red meat (the ones allowed) and at the end of the week when i went to weigh myself i gained it all back. I don't ever cheat when i'm on a diet so no need to worry there. so i decided to cut all red meat out and a wk later i lost 5 lbs again. this week i went on the scale and it still remains at 5 lbs. so basically after a whole month all i lost was 5lbs. talk abt. being discouraged... i want to lose another 15lbs...help.

basically what my diet now consists of is:

fruit2o water
bannanas sometimes
chicken
naturally made chicken soup
turkey and turkey breast deli
nuts (portions allowed)
fruits sometimes
1 cup of fiber1 cereal
eggs
veggies
sugar free gum
zuccine kugel (zuccine, eggs, light mayo)
cauliflour kugel (eggs, light mayo)
green beans (garlic, spice, EVOO)
salad with EVOO and spices (homemade)
what am i doing wrong?

i dnt eat fish and i dnt eat dairy cuz i dnt like it!

Your diet looks okay, so we need to drill down on some specifics here...

Which phase are you "supposed to be" on? 2?

How big are your protion sizes when you eat?...(watch those)

Are you eating something every 3 hours?...(3 meals, 3 snacks)

how much sugar/carbs are in your fruit20 water? & how much do you drink a day?

Do you eat fruit daily & what kinds....(do you eat just the fruit? or do you have like an apple w/peanutbutter?)

How often w/ the fiber 1?...every day?

I can try to help, but your diet dosen't seem "too bad" on the surface...are you exercising at all?

I am on phase 2 although don't eat everything they say we could cuz i wanna lose more weight.

Are you eating something every 3 hours?
I eat eggs for breakfast with a cup of fiber one. lunch i don't always eat, sometimes i just eat fruit and the nuts allowed and maybe turkey breast. dinner i have either chicken or turkey with veggies. today for the first time i started my morning with a veggie burger and a slice of whole wheat bread. i don't have many options for snack and lunch since i don't eat any dairy or fish so i have nuts and fruit mostly

there is no sugar at all. no calories. no carbs. it has splenda. just flavored water

i just started last week eating an apple (sometimes 2) a day. some cantalope sometimes and that's it for fruit

How often w/ the fiber 1?...every day?
i have one cup a day for breakfast

I don't exercise cuz i don't have time. i take care of my two children so that's worth something. i mostly don't eat past 8. i also cut out red meat which i looooove so much cuz it was makin me gain weight

well, as far as I can tell, you just need to eat more regularly.

You need to eat something every 3 hours...NO MATTER WHAT! Even if it is just a cheese stick, or a handful of nuts...don't skip lunch, if you can't eat lunch, chew a handful of nuts or eat a cheese stick...

when you skip meals, your body stores fat...simple as that. Your blood sugar level drops if you don't eat every three hours and this causes your body to go into "starvation" mode....hence...store any fat it then gets....

so your body is starving, and then you eat an apple? Hardly any fiber & no fat, so your body is basically getting a sugar rush...storing all that sugar from the apple as soon as you eat it...this might be causing a problem with your loss too. Try to eat some cheese, or peanut butter with your apple...if you can't, then just eat the cheese instead of your apple...fruit has a LOT of sugar...eat something with your fruit to slow down digestion...some type of good fat or good fiber (cheese/nuts/peanutbutter etc.) Try that for awhile, and see if it helps at all.
