| Just started the SBD Monday. I tried to run my normal 3 miles and ended up walking. I femlt out of breath and slow. I then played a tennis match today, Thursday, and it was awful. I couldn't catch my breath between points. I have never had this before and was wondering if anyone has similar issues, or any suggestions. I have another tennis match and I don't want to go off the diet, but I have to be physically prepared for it. Paige | ||||||||||

| I used to run up to 15 miles ... and never had the problem. Make sure you are eating enough and drinking enough fluids. Dont try to cut down too much on the amount of food you normally eat but be careful what you eat. Quote:

| I run 3 miles 4 days/week and did find that 1/2 way through P1 I felt exactly like you say you are feeling. (It passes, by the way) Make sure you are eating at least 1/2 cup of beans/day and 2 cups of nonfat plain yogurt. Good carbs - have the yogurt before the workout. Hope this helps.
